Another good day after a tough start this morning. We lost a impeller before we got to the Inlet this morning and had to go to the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center and change it. One of the most enjoyable days I’ve had running a charter boat. All these guys are veterans and it was awesome seeing them have such a good time. 49 dolphin weighed 460 lbs. Still a beautiful class of fish. The group picture with the flag and the other pictures with the gentleman in the wheelchair with his kids did my heart Good. Really scrappy fishing today. We had pretty good luck as it was today. We caught a 119 lb big eye tuna and 5 yellowfin tuna and a dolphin. Engine maintenance going on the next couple of days so we will be back at it at the end of the week.

A 300 lb blue marlin started our day first thing in the morning. We then caught 40 Dolphin and we lost a couple of white marlin in the afternoon. All in all it was a great day.

Came in a little early today. One gentleman in our charter wasn’t feeling well and the weather started deteriorating with the approach of Hurricane Bertha. The storm will be out of here tomorrow night and we will be fishing again on Thursday or Friday. We did catch a nice blue marlin and saw a couple of whites that would not bite. The fishing should be good after the storm goes by so give us a call, Barry. Also we put a couple of pics of a beautiful sunrise on the way out this morning.

Three of these guys came all the way from England to catch some North Carolina yellowfin tuna, and what a day they had. We had our limit by 11 am and we went to try for something else.
